WHY PLAYERS GET STUCK

This is not just a kill quest: you must use Dynamite on the roadblock. If you arrive without Dynamite, nothing happens, and Rover's Camp itself is easy to miss early in Act 2.

WALKTHROUGH
  1. 1
    Reach Rover's Camp in Arkovian Foothills
    • ▸From Devil's Crossing, follow the Act 2 road west until you reach the Arkovian Foothills Rift.
    • ▸Rover's Camp is a small hub near the riftgate. Take the quest from Bernard.
  2. 2
    Bring 1 Dynamite
    • ▸Dynamite is common in mines such as Staunton Mine, Cronley's Gang camps, and metal containers.
    • ▸If you do not have one, check Staunton Mine northwest of the Arkovian Foothills Rift, or loot outlaw camps along the Act 2 route.

    Blow up the blocked road
    • ▸From Rover's Camp, follow the road northwest and look for the barricade blocking the route toward Old Arkovia.
    • ▸Hover the barricade and spend Dynamite to clear it. Clear nearby enemies first if needed.
  4. 4
    Report to Bernard and take the bag
    • ▸Return to Rover's Camp and report to Bernard.
    • ▸The reward includes inventory bag #2.
STILL LOST?

If the quest will not progress, stand at the barricade northwest of Rover's Camp and check your inventory for Dynamite. Finding the roadblock is not enough - you must have the item.
